Terms.
Short, because there is not much to say. Using This Week means you agree to these.
The service
This Week is a to-do app made by Oluş, a company in Türkiye. It is free while it is being built. If that changes, you will be told before anything is charged, and nothing you have already put in becomes inaccessible because of it.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older. Your account is yours: keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. You can delete it at any time; see the privacy policy.
Your content
What you write in This Week is yours. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to store it, show it back to you, and, when you ask, pass it to the assistant. Do not use the app to store anything illegal or to harm anyone; that is the one rule.
The assistant
The assistant proposes; you confirm. It can misread what you said, and nothing is created until you accept it. It is not advice of any kind.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it up and to keep your data safe, and we back it up, but we cannot promise it is never down, never loses a change made while offline, or never has a bug. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid for the service, which for now is nothing.
Changes and ending
We may change the app and these terms; a change that matters is announced in the app. You can stop using it at any time. We may close an account that breaks the one rule above.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
